Hi, here are 2 quilts I had in the Houston International Quilt show, Oct 2009.
The 1st one: "Is it Digital" somehow grew to be 104 inches wide. It just had to be big - some things are - and as I was working on it in my apartment living room (which is also my sewing space) it started to take over the apartment. It just grew and had a life of its own... I had a very good feeling about it and that was that. It is a celebration of music and ballet performance.
The other quilt was made to celebrate Tel-Aviv's 100th anniversary. Tel-Aviv happens to be the city I grew up in. The quilt got to be featured on the invitation and poster for the Israeli Quilter's Association show last winter in Tel-Aviv.
